HUGE bowls of soup, super generous portions of meat, everybody gets their own bowl of rau/veggies. Soups are flavorful but they provide shrimp paste/fish sauce/sate/etc for you to change to your taste. Prices on actual menu is a little higher than what is on the banner outside, though (+.50c - $1). Very satisfying, my family all Loved it :)

If you’re craving authentic bun bo Hue, Bui Quan is a must-try! The bowl was packed with flavor and loaded with generous toppings – tender beef, pork, cha, and more. The broth was rich but not too oily, and the portion was just right. We also loved how fresh and clean the veggies were a small detail that made a big difference. One of the best deal now? You can add a refreshing sugarcane juice for only 99 cents with your meal. Plus, they offered complimentary herbal tea, which was fragrant and perfect to sip on with a hot bowl of noodles. The food was great, but what really made our visit memorable was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added such a nice touch to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy spot with delicious Vietnamese food and heartwarming hospitality. We’ll definitely be back and bringing friends!

Today, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch, sampling the special bun bo hue noodle soup with oxtails, the mi bo kho (beef stew with egg noodles), and Babylon snails cooked in garlic butter. The bun bo broth was light yet flavorful. All the protein additions were tender and satisfying. The bo kho featured a rich and hearty broth. The beef pieces were soft and fell apart easily, just the way I prefer. The Babylon snails had a slightly chewy texture that went quite well with the garlic butter sauce. It was an excellent appetizer. On the day we visited, the restaurant offered complimentary sugarcane juice with every meal ordered, which was a lovely bonus. The staff were friendly, and the food arrived quickly. We will certainly return.

Came here for Bun Bo Hue. Food came out hot and was decent. Everyone gets their own basket of veggies and dipping sauce which was nice. Most places give just one dish for entire table with veggies and sometimes it’s not enough. You don’t get a choice of having steamed bean sprouts as it comes out raw so that was a bit different but not a big deal since soup was hot. Restaurant is decorated nicely and spacious with high ceilings for an inviting environment.

Came for lunch. There was a sign out front said order their specialty dish bun bo hue and get sugar cane drink for $1. That's a great price for the sugar cane drink. Of course we ordered the drinks. The sugar cane was delish. The staff was very busy running around the busy place but still managed to be very friendly and helpful. Makes you feel welcomed. We had 2 bun bo (with sugar cane drinks)and 2 bo kho. One bo kho was with hu tieu (noodles) and the other with banh mi (bread). I noticed the price is the same for either with noodles or with bread but it seems the bowl was smaller for the bread order. I think if it's the same price, they should give the same amount of broth. I barely finished the bread and the broth was all gone. Had to get a little more from the noodle bowl broth. It did taste good though. For the bun bo hue, there are two types of broth, clear or muddy. The broth here is a clear broth. I like the muddy kind that's packed with flavor and spices. Some may like this clear broth but for me it tastes a little bland. Not to my liking. I would come back for the friendly service.
